“When I first met Elena, I had almost lost hope about my health. I am a sufferer of chronic sinusitis – surgery, dozens of rounds of antibiotics, steroids and neti-pots were doing nothing. So many thoughts are going through my mind, but in short I would like to share my brief health struggle that has been burdening my daily function for a decade or so now. Practicing competitive, professional Russian gymnastics, daily for seven years, 6 hours a day through my teenage hood did not go unpunished.

After I turned thirty, chiropractors would gasp at the condition of my back, saying that the real age of my spine according to their assessed findings is equivalent to a senior citizen. “I wasn’t sure what Elena could do for me. It was a “well, it can’t hurt and nothing else has worked” appointment. I’d seen over a dozen doctors over the past 5 years.
