Elena's Bio
Elena Bensonoff is the founder of Wholistic®, author, and creator of the Wholistic Quantum Method and Wholistic Quantum Testing, with more than 25 years of experience spanning conventional and functional health, energy medicine, and consciousness.
Beginning her career as a clinical pharmacist, Elena developed a deep understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and conventional healthcare.
Her own health journey and her work beyond conventional models led her to explore the deeper connections between the body, energy, environment, and consciousness.
Today, Elena works with individuals around the world through a highly personalized, root-cause approach designed to help them better understand their unique blueprint and the interconnected nature of body, mind, and consciousness.
She is the author of Wholistic Wisdom: Awakening Your Inner Healer and Sacred Geometry: The Ultimate Healing Tool, and host of the Wholistic Wisdom podcast.
Now symptom-free and extensively trained in the holistic healing arts, she helps people all over the world find vibrant wholeness with natural techniques.
At the heart of her life’s work is one fundamental purpose: helping you understand yourself more deeply, so you can make more conscious choices about your health, your life, and who you are becoming.
