Creating a Happy Life Through just 2 Easy Steps!

Every one of us desires to feel happy and fulfilled. However, daily stress and our negative thoughts get in the way of achieving and living in a state of HAPPINESS.

Emotions are powerful triggers that affect our overall well-being. Many studies have concluded that  positive feelings trigger positive physical and psychological responses, and contribute to longevity and overall health. On the other hand, negative emotions drain our system and create distress, leading to many forms of physical and mental diseases.

Consciously choosing to fill our thoughts and flood our brains with positive emotions helps our bodies and mind to deal with stressful situations in a much more efficient and effective way, building resilience, and supporting our mind-body systems and overall energy.



I would like to share 2 easy steps that will help you consciously choose HAPPINESS over negative mind chatter, in order to significantly create a positive shift in your daily life! 

  1. Every morning before you get out of bed, set five minutes aside to devote to yourself. Feel into your heart or the center of your chest. Connect to a memory of an event from your past, or a place where you felt Happy. Lock this feeling into your body. Radiate HAPPINESS throughout every cell inside of you and spread it out of your body as far out as you wish. Stay with this feeling for as long as you desire. Recognize that negative thoughts and distractions will sometimes arise, but don’t be discouraged! You can always redirect your focus on feeling Happy.
  2. Affirmation is a very powerful tool to help reprogram your subconscious beliefs and create a positive shift in your life. Use this affirmation throughout the day: “I CHOOSE HAPPINESS IN MY DAILY LIFE.” 

Daily practice for 4-6 weeks will create life-changing results!
