Hello, I am Elena Bensonoff – Quantum Medicine Practitioner, clinical pharmacist, and Health Expert. In today’s episode, I am going to help you learn how to increase your vibrational awareness.

Many people come to me for help when they feel stuck on their wellness journey. Many seemingly healthy people are plagued with ailments like chronic pain, fatigue, and depression. Despite their efforts with restricted diets, exercise, immune system boosting supplements, or other preventative practices – frustrating mystery symptoms may continue to crop up.

If that sounds familiar, you’ve come to the right place to learn how tuning in to your energetic vibration could be the solution.



First, let me help you understand what I mean by vibrational awareness...

Every being is surrounded by a powerful energetic field that vibrates at a certain frequency. I like to think of this energy field as the ocean that surrounds the islands of your conscious and subconscious.

It’s the powerful invisible force that surrounds you and guides you through life. The ebb and flow of the vibration of this field is a major contributor to the way you feel mentally, physically, and spiritually. Ancient cultures have acknowledged this field, often referred to as meridians or chakras, for thousands of years.



The next thing I want to share with you is that your thoughts and emotions are experienced on an energetic spectrum which directly affects your vibration.

On the low end you have negative vibrations like fear, shame, and guilt. These low vibrations cause weakening and imbalance to the field. Think of a poorly tuned, fuzzy sounding radio station.

On the other end of the spectrum you experience love, joy and peace. High frequency vibrations strengthen and support a healthy and balanced energetic field. Think of tuning into a crystal-clear radio station without static.

When the frequencies of your energy field are in alignment and functioning optimally, you experience exquisite flow in life and vibrant health on all levels.

If you linger in negative vibrations, you experience imbalance. Living in a constant state of low vibes makes you vulnerable to illness, burnout, and mood swings. This is why you must learn to support your energy field just as you care for your physical body.

Here's an example of a negative shift in vibrational frequency that we can all relate to. Let’s say you turn on the news and spend a significant amount of time consuming information about all the devastation going on in the world.

Not only do you feel emotionally distressed at the time you are receiving these negative reports - that heavy feeling will often stay with you even after the news is switched off.

You may even notice your entire mood shift for the entire day. When the consumption of fear-based content becomes a daily habit, the fear can start to consume you.

This is why you must cultivate an awareness of how different things including people, places, foods, and activities affect your vibration. It’s important to learn how to protect your energy and avoid lingering in the negative end of the vibrational spectrum.

Once you are aware of the importance of living with vibrational awareness, you are able to take steps to raise your vibration.

Becoming aware of your vibration is the first step towards aligning with your higher self. It is liberating to realize that you do not have to remain stuck in low vibrations forever! You can begin to shift right now.

There are many simple practices that you can incorporate into your day to help boost your frequency.



Here are 10 things you can start doing now to raise your vibration:

  1. Do activities that bring you joy!
  2. Express gratitude each day
  3. Prioritize a healthy diet, regular exercise, and quality rest
  4. Create a consistent routine of supportive spiritual practices
  5. Listen to and read uplifting content
  6. Set boundaries with those who drain you
  7. Meditate and ground yourself
  8. Connect to your heart
  9. Explore your creativity through art, writing, movement, or music
  10. Spend time outdoors surrounded by nature

As you raise your vibration, you will unlock a wealth of inspiration and endless possibility.
