Hello and welcome. My name is Elena Bensonoff and I will be your host and guide as we dive deep into today’s topic: Terrain Theory Tips To Improve Your Health. Recently, my partner Alejandro and I tested the vibrational frequency of two theories and our findings were eye opening.

We tested Germ Theory because it is the basis for our current public health system and the way of life that is promoted in our society. Then, we tested Terrain Theory because it aligns so closely with the way the Hazda Tribe in Africa lives their life. I highly recommend looking into the Hazda Tribe because they still sustain a hunter/gatherer lifestyle and they are virtually untouched by disease and live long, healthy lives.

Germ Theory was popularized by French chemist Louis Pasteaur in 1861. Basically, this theory focuses on avoiding or killing germs and viruses to prevent illness. This theory paved the way for antibiotics and vaccines. It is all about making things sterile and isolated. When Alejandro and I tested the vibrational frequency of this theory, it came out to 100 - the level of fear. We also tested the collective immunity of people on earth and it is currently at 100 as well. Not good. When prevention becomes the only focus and living life becomes secondary to a sterile environment - humans are unable to thrive for long.

Terrain Theory on the other hand, is all about the body and creating a healthy, vital body that can withstand exposure to germs and viruses and either avoid illness or recover quickly after coming down with something. The focus of this theory is creating a healthy environment for the body to thrive so it will remain resilient when exposed to pathogens. This theory tested at the vibrational frequency of 525 - the level of love.

Something that can be stated about both theories is that the way we live impacts us on a cellular level. It all comes down to epigenetics - the way your genes change in response to your environment. Germ Theory is important because you do need to be mindful of germs, practice prevention by washing your hands, and support public health by doing things like staying home when you are sick or covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze. However, it is just as important to think of your environment and how it impacts your body. Preparing your body to fight off illness is the best long-term defense against illness.

 

 

How to Build a Healthy Inner Terrain to Support a Robust Immune System

Your inner terrain includes everything from your heart to your gut!

We are going to go over five tips in detail that can improve your health:

  1. First of all, let’s talk about your diet. You need to support your gut health, get all the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients needed, and make sure the food you eat is high quality. To support your inner terrain, I recommend sticking with whole, unprocessed foods, eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, and keeping sugar to a minimum. I also suggest avoiding caffeine and alcohol. If you want your inner terrain to be strong, you can’t be eating junk or ingesting toxic ingredients!
  2. The next part of your inner terrain I want to address is your muscles - this includes the heart! Although you don’t have to physically fight off illness, keeping your body strong with exercise will keep your immune system strong. Exercise increases blood flow, reduces stress and inflammation, and can strengthen antibodies. So this can be as simple as going for a daily 30 minute walk and adding in some form of strength training twice a week - whether that be pilates, kickboxing, lifting weights, or whatever feels enjoyable to you. Yoga is excellent. So is swimming. Try different things and see what you can be consistent with.
  3. Your lungs are the next part of the inner terrain I want to discuss. Let’s go ahead and take three deep breaths right now. 1... 2... 3. Very good. See how much more relaxed and refreshed you feel from that simple bit of breathwork? Incorporate a breathwork practice into your daily routine, even if it’s just 5 minutes. This will help reduce stress in your body, replenish your cells with fresh oxygen, and give you an instant pick-me-up. Ideally, I want you to get fresh air out in nature as much as possible. Add in some grounding practice with your breathwork and that is even better.
  4. Something that is the first line of defense against germs and viruses is your skin! This is why washing your hands is so important. But what I want to talk about from a Terrain Theory perspective is getting vitamin D from sun exposure. If you can get 15 minutes of morning sunlight on your skin - exposing as much as weather allows, that will give you an incredible immune-system-boosting dose of vitamin D. You can double this sun exposure up with the fresh air breathwork and grounding!
  5. The final Terrain Theory tip I want to leave you with today is to get plenty of good quality rest. The Hazda tribe doesn’t sit up all night scrolling the internet. They go to sleep and wake up with the sun. No EMF or blue light exposure. I know that is a big ask, so we can just try to adjust our current exposure to make it the bare minimum by not sleeping with our phones by the bed and discontinuing screen time at least an hour before bed. When you do use your electronic devices, use a blue light filter because the blue light disrupts your melatonin production.

There you have it! These are incredibly simple and reasonable adjustments you can make to your daily routine and I bet you will notice how much better you feel after just a few days. Taking the time and making the effort to nourish your inner terrain will help you experience the best health of your life!
