Hello and welcome. My name is Elena Bensonoff and I will be your host and guide as we dive deep into today’s topic: Terrain Theory Tips To Improve Your Health. Recently, my partner Alejandro and I tested the vibrational frequency of two theories and our findings were eye opening.
We tested Germ Theory because it is the basis for our current public health system and the way of life that is promoted in our society. Then, we tested Terrain Theory because it aligns so closely with the way the Hazda Tribe in Africa lives their life. I highly recommend looking into the Hazda Tribe because they still sustain a hunter/gatherer lifestyle and they are virtually untouched by disease and live long, healthy lives.
Germ Theory was popularized by French chemist Louis Pasteaur in 1861. Basically, this theory focuses on avoiding or killing germs and viruses to prevent illness. This theory paved the way for antibiotics and vaccines. It is all about making things sterile and isolated. When Alejandro and I tested the vibrational frequency of this theory, it came out to 100 - the level of fear. We also tested the collective immunity of people on earth and it is currently at 100 as well. Not good. When prevention becomes the only focus and living life becomes secondary to a sterile environment - humans are unable to thrive for long.
Terrain Theory on the other hand, is all about the body and creating a healthy, vital body that can withstand exposure to germs and viruses and either avoid illness or recover quickly after coming down with something. The focus of this theory is creating a healthy environment for the body to thrive so it will remain resilient when exposed to pathogens. This theory tested at the vibrational frequency of 525 - the level of love.
Something that can be stated about both theories is that the way we live impacts us on a cellular level. It all comes down to epigenetics - the way your genes change in response to your environment. Germ Theory is important because you do need to be mindful of germs, practice prevention by washing your hands, and support public health by doing things like staying home when you are sick or covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze. However, it is just as important to think of your environment and how it impacts your body. Preparing your body to fight off illness is the best long-term defense against illness.
