Welcome to Part 4 of 8 in our WQH mini-series.
We are all energy beings.
Like radio frequency stations emitting and receiving information, not only do we feel through our physical senses, we are also able to perceive through our intuitive senses.
In fact, I would say intuition is probably the first sense through which we are able to perceive.
Then, life happens and we become trained to perceive through a very linear way of thinking.
We have our limiting beliefs (which we’ll be unpacking further in the next email). We have our trauma, our coping mechanisms, and our karma… and we filter it all through our physical senses.
I believe everyone has the ability to sense things happening on an intuitive, energetic level.
Whether through clairaudience (hearing beyond what our ears hear), clairsentience (feeling and understanding the emotions of others), clairvoyance (insight that comes in pictures), or claircognizance (a deep inner knowing).
But it takes time to develop our trust in these senses.
Hope, who is a dear client, colleague, and Wholistic Quantum Healer apprentice, explains it well:
"I had doubts that I'd be able to do energy healing on another person (never having done anything like that before)! But my mind was blown… It isn't magic but pure energy and anyone can access it, reignite it, and restore flow. I came into this training with a deep longing to awaken my own inner healer and enhance my intuition and I left with that and so much more."
Recently, she shared something with our community that shows how far she’s come as a healer and how profoundly this work can benefit others:
“Hi everyone! I won't be able to make tomorrow's live Q&A but I wanted to give an update and share a cool story about energy work...
(Elena, you can share this live if you want to)
I've been able to muscle-test my mother-in-law since the last time we met and am feeling much quicker and stronger doing it now. I have plans for more muscle-testing in 2 weeks and then my hairdresser is interested too!
The cool story I wanted to share was when my step-father-in-law was here two weeks ago. He's had some heart surgeries in the past and felt like something was off again and had been trying to get an appointment at his cardiologist.
Well, after a day of boating, he was walking up my steep backyard and his heart rate spiked. It stayed uncomfortably high for a couple hours... through dinner. It created a coughing spell, shortness of breath, and his anxiety was high as he began to get worried.
I asked him if he wanted me to do some energy work and he agreed (I had done it on him a couple months before).
I cut a few areas out as it was late but made sure I still went from feet to head, spending some extra time around his heart and throat. He got so relaxed he fell asleep and I just continued on. At the end, he woke up and was almost a completely different man! Zen and relaxed and so very thankful!
He said, ‘You need to charge for this!!’
I had no idea if I could help him in that scary moment but this work was able to calm his body and his mind and he slept so well that night. He was able to get an appointment with his cardiologist so hopefully all will get worked out soon on what's going on.
If you think you might be able to help someone in a time of need like this... don't be afraid to offer! ❤️❤️”
You deserve true healing. Your patients, clients, and loved ones deserve it too.
YOU are the healer you have been looking for.
This Sunday, August 21, at 1pm EDT (10am PDT / 6pm BST / 7pm GMT) I will be giving a ONCE-OFF LIVE CLASS, covering the basics of energy healing and self-testing skills that will benefit your own health and lay the foundation for treating clients, patients, or loved ones.
There will also be a short Q&A, so bring your questions and save your seat, today!
There is a powerful paradigm shift happening right now. A new kind of healthcare practitioner is emerging, along with a new kind of patient.
It’s time to honor the wholeness of our being by embracing the medicine of the future.
I truly hope you will join me!
P.S. Through the lens of energy medicine, we can see that the root cause of physical or emotional imbalances is often traced back to negative emotions or experiences.
Usually stemming from childhood or a traumatic event that has not been addressed, these block the flow of energy within the body, increasing the likelihood of chronic pain, anxiety, and disease.
This is also where our deep-held limiting beliefs stem from. Identifying and reframing these at the mind level is another important step toward true healing, but we’ll talk more about that next week.
