Release & Rise became a guiding light, offering a transformative path to liberate ourselves from the chains of the past, empowering us to rise above adversity and embrace a brighter future. This 21-day journey helps us to address the programming that we have been subjected to, identify and heal ancestral patterns, forgive ourselves and others, connect with our inner child, and release all the negative emotions, experiences, and unhealthy relationships and behaviors that do not serve our highest good.
