Before we dive in, I wanted to share some reflections from my motherhood journey. I have four wonderful children. I am so incredibly honored to experience the joy of raising them – they are my friends! Watching my kids learn and grow over the years is a gift I will always cherish.

This is what it was like in the womb! Your mother gave you your very first sacred home. Now you live within the womb of the world - held and nourished by Mother Earth. 

Think of the mother figures you have had special connections with throughout your life... Your mom, perhaps a godmother, a friend’s mom, or a mentor. You may be a mother yourself.

These are the women who help you through the many rebirths of life. They hold you when you are hurting. They give you unconditional love. They help you get back on your feet when things fall apart. And they are your biggest supporters, rooting for you as you pursue your dreams.
