There’s something so special to me about the ease of a July evening, preparing a delicious meal with a loved one as the summer sun sets and the air cools. The fragrance of night blooming jasmine blesses my senses through a window as I chop, toss, and season with some of my favorite cello pieces playing in the background. I might steal a dance with my co-chef in between recipe steps.
